This policy applies to all orders placed through this website. Please contact us if you have any questions.


SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are different for each category of product in the shop. Rates are displayed in the checkout process, and paid when orders are placed.

Foosball Tables

Foosball tables require special “freight” shipping because they are large and heavy items. In the product description, before adding a foosball table to your shopping bag, you must select one of the following shipping options:

  1. Curbside Drop-off: Your foosball table(s) will be delivered to the curb outside of the address you provided in the checkout. We charge a flat fee to help cover these delivery costs.

  2. Drop-off & Setup*: In addition to delivering your foosball table(s) to the address you provided in the checkout, we will also put everything together, level the table(s), and lubricate the rods. By the time we leave, you’ll be all set to play.

    *PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE SELECTING THIS SHIPPING OPTION AS IT IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN SELECT CITIES.

Parts

We offer free shipping to Mainland USA addresses on all orders over $99*. We also offer additional shipping options through UPS and FedEx which may include a tracking number and more favorable estimated delivery dates. Live rates for these additional shipping options are integrated into the shop, and displayed in the checkout process.

*FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT APPLY TO RODS. WE SUGGEST ORDERING RODS SEPARATELY FROM OTHER PRODUCTS TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF FREE SHIPPING ON THE OTHER ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER.

Merch

We offer free shipping to both American and International customers on all Merch products. International customers may incur customs, duties, and/or other charges (e.g. VAT).


SHIPPING ZONES

USA

Normal shipping rates in the product descriptions apply to all Continental States (48). You must contact us before ordering a shipment to Hawaii or Alaska, as additional shipping rates will need to be confirmed prior to placing your order, and paid for prior to shipping your order.

Foosball Tables

When you add a foosball table to your shopping bag, you must select one of the following shipping options:

  1. Curbside Drop-off: Your foosball table(s) will be delivered to the curb at the address given in the checkout process. You will be contacted by the shipping company with the estimated date and time of delivery. You are responsible for being present at that time to take possession of your foosball table(s) when they are removed from the delivery vehicle.

  2. Drop-off & Setup*: This is the complete “white-glove” treatment, and by the time we leave, your foosball table(s) will be fully operational. Your foosball table(s) will be delivered to the address given in the checkout process, brought inside, and setup completely.

    *PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE SELECTING THIS SHIPPING OPTION - This option is only available in select cities.

Parts

Parts ship to all States using either UPS or FedEx shipping options displayed in the checkout process.

International

Foosball Tables

Foosball Tables only ship to the USA. If you are looking for our foosball tables to be shipped to another country, please contact us and we may consider it, following the terms in our manufacturer distribution agreements and the guidance from our import/export advisors.

Parts

Parts only ship to the USA using UPS or FedEx shipping options displayed in the checkout process. International shipments may be subject to additional charges such as, but not limited to customs, duties, and VAT. These additional charges are your responsibility to pay, and we are in no way liable to pay for any costs associated with international shipments.

Merch

Merch products ship to most countries in the world. International shipments may be subject to additional charges such as, but not limited to customs, duties, and VAT. These additional charges are your responsibility to pay, and we are in no way liable to pay for any costs associated with international shipments.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES*

Estimated delivery dates displayed in the checkout only apply to products that are both in stock and shipped from our warehouses. These estimated delivery dates displayed in the checkout do not apply to Merch, specialty parts, most foosball tables, and any products that are currently sold out or listed as “Preorder”.

Foosball Tables (3-5 weeks)

Foosball tables typically take between three to five weeks to arrive, from the date of purchase. Most of our foosball tables are in stock however, custom foosball tables are made to order, and may take up to 12 months to arrive from Germany.

Parts (1-2 weeks)

We carry an inventory of parts, which is managed through the shop so that you can see how many items we have in stock. Your order will be processed within one to three days. All parts are shipped using UPS or FedEx. Estimated delivery dates are automated and displayed in the checkout process for parts that we have in stock. Specialty parts that are not included in our inventory, and parts that are out of stock will take longer to ship, so the estimated delivery dates displayed in the checkout at not applicable to these products.

Merch (2-3 weeks)

All branded merchandise products are made to order and shipped separately from our other products. Estimated arrival dates for all Merch products is between two to three weeks from the date of purchase.


DELIVERY TRACKING

Foosball Tables

Foosball tables are shipped using freight shipping couriers who may or may not provide a tracking number. We will be in contact by email, or phone to update you on the status of your shipment, and to confirm your availability to receive your order. Foosball tables are often shipped separately from Parts and Merch.

Parts

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a shipment tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of the estimated arrival date please contact us at sales@original-leonhart-usa.com with your name and order number.

Merch

All branded merchandise products are made to order and shipped separately from our other products. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number. If your order contains both Merch items and other products, there will be a separate tracking number provided for the Merch shipment specifically, since those items are shipped separately.
