SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates vary by product category and are displayed during the checkout process. Rates are applied and paid when orders are placed.

Product Categories

  1. Foosball Tables

    • Curbside Drop-off: Your foosball table(s) will be delivered to the curbside at the address provided during checkout. A flat fee is charged to cover delivery costs.

  2. Parts

    • Free Shipping: Available to Mainland USA addresses on orders over $99*.

    • Additional Shipping Options: UPS and FedEx options are available, which may include tracking and more favorable delivery dates. These options are displayed at checkout.

    *Note: Free shipping does not apply to rods. We recommend ordering rods separately to take advantage of free shipping on other items in your order.

  3. Merchandise

    • Free Shipping: Available to both American and international customers on all merchandise products.

    • International Charges: International customers may incur customs, duties, and/or other charges (e.g., VAT).

SHIPPING ZONES

USA

  • Continental United States (48 states): Standard shipping rates apply as described above.

  • Hawaii and Alaska: Please contact us to confirm additional shipping rates before placing your order.

  1. International

    • Foosball Tables: Currently, we only ship foosball tables within the USA. For international shipping requests, please contact us for possible arrangements, subject to manufacturer distribution agreements and import/export regulations.

    • Parts: Parts are shipped only within the USA via UPS or FedEx. International shipments of parts may incur additional charges such as customs, duties, and VAT, which are the customer's responsibility.

    • Merchandise: Merchandise products ship to most countries worldwide. International shipments may be subject to additional charges such as customs, duties, and VAT, which are the customer's responsibility.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES*

These estimates apply only to products that are in stock and shipped from our warehouses. They do not apply to merchandise, specialty parts, custom foosball tables, or any products sold out or listed as “Preorder”.

  • Foosball Tables: Typically take 3-5 weeks to arrive from the date of purchase. Custom foosball tables made to order may take up to 12 months to arrive from Germany.

  • Parts: Orders are processed within one to three days. Standard parts are shipped using UPS or FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 weeks. Specialty or out-of-stock parts may take longer.

  • Merchandise: Made to order and shipped separately, with an estimated arrival time of 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase.

DELIVERY TRACKING

  • Foosball Tables: Shipped via freight carriers, tracking numbers may not be available. We will update you via email or phone regarding shipment status and delivery schedules. Foosball tables are often shipped separately from parts and merchandise.

  • Parts: Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 7 days of the estimated arrival date, please contact us at sales@original-leonhart-usa.com with your name and order number.

  • Merchandise: You will receive an email notification with a tracking number upon shipment. If your order includes both merchandise and other products, separate tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment.
