OVERVIEW

Our goal is to create a simplified and positive shopping experience for all of our customers. If you’re dissatisfied for any reason, please reach out to give us the opportunity to make it right. We will do everything in our power to correct the situation in our effort to have 100% customer satisfaction.

REFUNDS

Cancelled orders will receive a partial refund for 97% of the order total, less a restocking fee if the item was shipped or picked up, will be made due to 3% transaction processing fees that we cannot recover.

FOOSBALL TABLES

Foosball table purchases can be cancelled and refunded at any point prior to shipping or picking up the order.

Foosball tables that have been shipped or picked up can be returned at the customer’s expense within 30 days of the shipment or pickup date. Foosball tables that are returned are subject to a restocking fee since we will have to sell it at a discount as an “Open Box” item. When the foosball table is returned it will be thoroughly inspected for damages and the restocking fee will reflect the cost for repairs and/or the discount that will need to be applied in order to resell the product.

RESTOCKING FEES

Foosball tables are subject to a $200.00 restocking fee, plus any additional costs to repair or discount the item for resale. Parts orders that are returned are subject to a $20.00 restocking fee, plus any additional costs to repair or discount the item for resale.

SUBMITTING A CLAIM

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Upon review, claims deemed by Original Leonhart USA to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please email us at sales@original-leonhart-usa.com to report the issue immediately.

WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

UNCLAIMED RETURNS

When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed merchandise returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to (if and as applicable).

If you haven't registered an account on www.original-leonhart-usa.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

RESTRICTED ITEMS

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

EU CUSTOMERS

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

  2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Original Leonhart USA Inc. reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever. Original Leonhart USA reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
